Are you trying to get things done without going all-in?
This doesn't affect the people who haven't made a commitment and are doing nothing or the people who are already all-in. This is for the people that have a lot of potential and are working hard for their dreams, but a part of them still wants a different life — and they're allowing old habits to hold them back.
If you want a change in your life but you're still stuck in your old ways, you need to burn the ships. Up the stakes on your new life so that you have no choice but to keep moving forward. That may mean taking investments in your company so that you have to create a return for your investors, but doing extreme things in your life requires extreme action.
