you can make to become a fit or healthier and happier person into the next. And we're going to give you 10 lifestyle fitness, health, and happiness changes. We can make to get you fitter and healthier and happier into 2023. So, you know, make sure to tune into this because if you make these changes in your life, I promise you you will level up in both fitness and health as well as happiness. So what's the first one, Kyle? Yeah. So number one is just going to be simply dropping one vice. And, you know, I can kind of turn this around and say one thing that's holding you back, right? One thing that you feel like you don't have control of or just something that you just really want to change. And, you know, I'm willing to bet there's at least, you know, one thing if you think of

in your life, whether it's like, you know, hitting the snooze button, whether it's, you know,

staying in bed a little bit too longer, you know, it could be alcohol, it could be, you know, drugs, like really anything that is just kind of holding you back. Just drop one of them. Start with that. I guarantee you your life is going to start to feel so much better.

This episode is just about becoming fitter,

healthier and happier within 20, 23 years. So think of that one thing. Come up with a game plan on how you're actually going to drop that. Once again, it's very easy to say, oh, you know, I'm going to quit doing this. But at the end of the day, you do need to have a strategy and then you actually need to execute. And I really encourage you if this is something that's on the top of your head now, start to take action steps towards dropping it right now instead of saying, hey, January 1st, I'm going to drop it. So pick one thing that you want to change and that you want to get rid of, start to work towards it and I guarantee everything will come together. Yeah, ask yourself, what is holding you back? Where do you specifically need to improve what What's that thing you don't want to really kind of, you know, address with yourself? It's like, oh, you know, I don't want to think about that. Like, you know, I find a lot of the times it's easy to kind of default to just being like, you know, ignorant to something and saying, I don't even want to think of that. I don't want to acknowledge it. Like that's like triggering from me or whatever it is i want to put it away and i know for a lot of people that can be being overweight not going to the gym you know claiming you're too busy to do things when you're not and it's an uncomfortable discussion to have yourself but when you can call yourself out on your own BS find that one vice really lean into it and kind of massage it out before you know you can break free of it and usually when you can break free of that one thing that's holding you back more than ever that's when you really realize what you're capable of and it's a hard thing to do but every year I really like to analyze like what's one thing that's holding me back that I know is uncomfortable it's going to suck at first but that's going to ultimately make my life better so now into number two is to just allocate more time to being creative. So there's so many

different ways to do this. We're not seeing how to go out and start like drawing art and different things,

but you know, that can be a great thing to do. There's been a reason it's gotten definitely a lot more

popular. You know, they have these adult coloring books. They have art challenges, all these other
