What's going on, everyone? Welcome to another episode of the fit, healthy, and most of all happy podcasts.

0:06.3

And happy Monday to everyone who listens to these as soon as they come out.

0:15.6

You know, if you're not listening Monday and Thursday, you're missing out.

0:18.2

There was a quote in a book recently that I loved and it said, I would never miss the opportunity to read for at least 30 minutes a day and learn and grow in my knowledge. And, you know, I just thought that was a great kind of example because the more you can just add these things consistently into your life, the better it makes you, right? Like it's easy to be inspired when you're around people and inspired you. It easy to be motivated fitness if you're around your fit friends and once again we can't always do this but we can simulate this by doing things like tuning into our episodes every monday and thursday they become live at 1 a m so you can listen to it i doubt anyone's waking up earlier than that maybe you're staying up super late who knows you're on the night shift you'll be to listen to those first thing. And once again, even a lot of my clients like, hey, whenever I listen to that podcast, Monday, Thursday, I find I make better decisions. I'm more inspired. I'm more encouraged. And you can add this to your life by doing podcasts, by doing books, by adding in motivational videos, by having routine. So I definitely want to challenge everyone with that because tuning in on the day too, it's going to be the most irrelevant. You know, you're going to be able to keep up with all the incredible giveaways and awesome things we have going on. And we actually have an really amazing opportunity right now because we have an Amazon gift card giveaway, totally free of charge. We're just giving away $100 to say thank you to Amazon so it's a great opportunity to go ahead and enter that all you

1:30.2

have to do is go to our Instagram at Kloss's Fit, C-O-L-O-S-S-U-S-F-I-T. It's the pin post there. You can just go ahead, take a few friends like the post. You're entered to win $100. So that's our way of giving back this Christmas. maybe maybe we'll do some 14 days of christmas gifts or seven days or something we'll see but for now

1:48.2

you can win that gift card which is going to be killer but we're going to go ahead and kick this off

1:52.4

with our quotes because what better way to get started so what do you got kyle yeah so my quote

1:56.4

this week is what i enjoy most about fitness is how objective it is. What you put in is exactly what you get back. Nothing more, nothing less. And I just, I love this one. I love all of my quotes, but I especially love this one, especially because, you know, I think a lot of times people are kind of putting in, you know, let's say a 20% effort right here and there. And then they're kind of expecting to get 80% results. But like, it's never the case. Like literally the workouts you put in,

2:21.1

the cardio you do the nutrition you know just the sleep everything that you focus on like that's exactly what you're going to get out of it and is there's just no sugar coding it right like you can't fake your your health you can't fake your fitness journey you can't fake your results like you know of course you can maybe change the lighting and you know put on a filter and stuff like that online but just overall you know when you're looking at yourself mirror and and asking yourself you know what's going on here you can't fake any of that um so i thought that was really cool because it really reminded me just like hey everything that you put in it's going to come back in one way or. So just something to think about on this wonderful Monday, Tuesday, whatever day that you're listening to this. There's something killer about that, right? Because it's something where you can see very tangible results. Like it's directly correlated to how hard you work or how hard you don't work, how well you eat, the decisions you make as well as decisions you don't make. And that's why I love it. And I find we mentioned before we've spoken a lot on it, injecting challenge in your life.

3:24.5

And fitness is just a great way to simulate that it's a great way to simulate doing hard things we've spoken a lot on choosing your hard but you know even spending time each day to overcome it was a heavy weight I got to lift it can I do it yes I did boom can I get that workout in know, and you get that instant reward as well. You're getting endorphins. You know, you're just feeling good after it. So it's a great opportunity and I think that was a really excellent quote. So for my quote this week, we have the path that a great man follows becomes a guide to the world. So similar to what I was saying about like podcasts and books like books especially have the opportunity to learn from anyone you want which is so

3:44.2

cool like the great the world. So similar what I was saying about like podcasts and books like books especially have the

3:41.8

opportunity to learn from anyone you want, which is so cool, like the greatest minds who exist that are

3:46.4

alive today or that were alive, you know, many, many like, you know, years ago, right? You have the

3:51.4

opportunity to pick and choose and learn from different leaders and thinkers. And once again,

3:56.5

like we just have more access to information than ever. And information truly is power only when applied. So we've got to make sure we're consuming it and kind of adding it to our life. But, you know, even the concept of leadership, you know, the more I thought on it, I found the best way to be a really good leader is to demonstrate it and do it yourself. When you're actually walking the walk when you're doing well and inspires others to do better when i see kyle crushing it working really hard being really dialed in i'm like i got i got to i got to elevate let's go like he's stepping it up it's firing me up when one of my friends is just crushing and killing i'm like okay let's get this and you know it can be very motivating and it can push you and if you want to encourage someone else like very often people will say hey how can i get my family into fitness how can i get my

4:35.2

significant other my friends whatever it be you know just being that example being someone who can

4:39.6

you know have a balanced life so be really fit so work really hard i think you know it will wear

4:44.6

on people and they're like okay how do you do this show me the way and, too, like when you're saying something and you're doing it, it's way more powerful

4:51.4

than we're just saying something and not do it. You know, we all know that quote, right? Like, do as I say, not as I do. But you want to do as you say and do as you do. So I just thought that was a killer quote. I shared the entire page from the book I pulled this from on our

5:04.2

Instagram. And once again, just a quick plug and the importance of following our

5:07.6

Instagram because we're adding a ton of value on there these days. All of our posts we're really gearing towards being helpful, right? Like we don't want to just post us flexing. Time to time will do that. And I think it's important to show that we're working hard and the progress we are making making But we want everyone with every post to get something, you know, whether it be a really powerful quote we share, whether it be You know a story where we're sharing a book we're reading or a thought that's on Kyle's mind or you know our top You know kind of ways we like to recover. We're always adding additional value there. So clearly if you love this podcast,
