So we're going to take up where we left off last episode where we've been going through piece by piece these transcripts.

This interview that Juliano Mignini had with in March 2008 with Rudy Guede.

And before we jump into that, can I just say that this whole time that he's going through painting this picture with Guede,

this whole time he's not even going to use this in his prosecution against Amanda and Rafael.

I mean he's going to stick to the whole sex game of the three of them.

Right. Yeah.

Yeah. I mean, this is clearly a fishing expedition by Mignini to try to get information that will condemn Amanda Knox and Rafael A.

Or Fast Track Guede. I mean, kind of to get him out of the way, Fast Track him with this bogus story.

But then he's going to, I mean, he's going to go right back in with, it was a trio sex game gone right.

Right. What's crazy is that in that first trial, the Fast Track trial of Rudy Guede, he basically convicted him of being a accessory to this crime and not actually the criminal who committed this crime.

When all the evidence, all the real supported actual forensic scientific evidence, and even some of his testimonial evidence puts him at the scene alone with Maritik's culture.

And there's nothing to tie in the end. Amanda or Rafael A to this crime.

So let's jump in and talk about where we left off. And that is about page 55. And at this point, this is when Guede first has mentioned the silhouette of a woman, seeing her from a distance, silhouetted in the night.

And he basically is saying this that he looked out the bedroom window. The female chief inspector, Napolioni, asked him, was that from Filomena's window.

And she also says that was all intact, correct? She's giving him information as if he is not towing the line, not saying things that they wanted him to say, you never do this. You never do this. You never make this witness.
