Summary
I am just coming off one of the most transformative weekends of my life. It was a highlight that I will never forget. As I was thinking about what made it so magical and unforgettable, I came up with a list of things I learned, or that were reaffirmed for me about life in general. And in todays episode I share them with you. They are:
- Getting uncomfortable is almost always worth it.
- The Universe is always at work.
- Everyone has a story. Compassion matters.
- You don’t have to feel like shit.
- You are still YOU in there. Prioritize her.
- Being who you are is exactly who you’re supposed to be.
Join me as I expand on these, and break down how they can apply to you and your life, right where you’re at.
I am so grateful for you for continuing to show up here. I hope you know how much it means to me that you spend some of your life with me. And I hope more than that, that I make it worth it for you.
