All right welcome to episode 447. Hello my friend. Welcome to a fresh new episode of

new mindset who this as always thank you so much for listening. Thank you for

supporting me and today's topic is in the title why can't men commit? Why do men

have such a hard time committing in a relationship? Why? Well if you know me you

know that the first thing I would say in response to a question like that a

very common question is that it's not just men of course the better question is

why does anyone struggle to commit in a relationship? It's a matter of

humans struggling with commitment not necessarily just men not necessarily just

women it's not a question of men versus women you know I really don't like

pitting the sexes against each other or using using generalization or just

blindly falling in line with stereotypes but recently I've seen so many

articles and podcasts and very vocal social media posts about men in

particular and man's struggle with commitment so for this episode I want to

approach this from the perspective of a man why do men in particular struggle

with commitment and I want to use my own experience the lens of my 20s and

30s to consider this question and then use mindfulness to peel back the

layers a bit to give insight into the why behind men's or anyone's struggle with
