So often on the podcast, I'm talking about the lessons I've learned and the confidence that I've built over the years and the shifts that I've made.

0:08.7

I'm really excited today to take that conversation into the future and to share with you the three big shifts that I'm going to be working on in 2026 and how the confidence compass has helped me identify the specific skills I need to be working on

0:23.7

each of those areas. I'm also going to share the thoughts that I'm using that I have developed

0:28.3

to help shift and improve my skills in those areas to accomplish those goals in 2026.

0:34.5

Even if your goals aren't the same as mine, you're going to hear at least one thought that you can

0:39.4

just borrow straight from my brain and use to help you achieve your 2026 goals. So let's get into it.

0:47.3

Thought. I'm here to help you turn down your anxiety, turn up your confidence, and create a life on

1:01.5

your own terms, one that you're truly excited to live. Let's go. All right, my friends, I'm

1:10.3

really excited for this episode today. We've been talking so much about the

1:13.4

Confidence Compass and about the four skills that it teaches and how to use them to grow and evolve and

1:21.0

accomplish your goals. And so today I kind of want to put the pedal to the metal. I want to talk about

1:26.6

what I'm going to be working on in my life and what I've

1:29.6

already worked on. So I want to go over the way that I have built my confidence in the core areas of

1:35.5

my life up until now. And then I'm going to talk about what three goals are on my horizon for

1:40.5

26 and what thoughts I'm going to be using there. The reason I want to talk about some of those

1:44.8

past examples is that a lot of you may be closer to where I started when I was doing this work

1:51.0

or where I was five years into doing this work. And so when I share the thoughts that I used

1:56.8

to make the confidence shifts I've already made, those thoughts are going to be really helpful for you.

2:02.2

But then I also want to talk about where I am now and where I'm going in 2026 to give you some

2:07.0

examples of how to use the confidence compass to identify what you want to change and how to change it.
