I think momentum a lot of times starts first thing in the morning.

But what momentum looks like is you doing something, then getting up tomorrow and doing

it again, getting up the next day and doing it again, getting up the next day and doing

it again.

And you do this over and over and over.

10 a.m. we do this, 11 a.m. we do this, 2 p.m. we do this.

And I'm constantly tweaking the routine to see how did that feel, how did that work.

Would this be a little bit better?

But until I know a better option, I'm going to keep doing the stuff I'm currently doing

because it keeps me in that flow state.

Momentum looks like you keep doing it, you keep doing it, you keep doing it.
