Summary

Can you be alpha, strong, agile, muscular, but connected, aware, flexible, in a state of flow? My awesome guest today Richie Norton believes you can, but few are, we are either power and muscle focused gym goers or yoga hippy types, perhaps there is a middle ground, one that can bring the body into its most awesome state, a state of slow, harmony, balance. Richie used to work as a PT in London but after burning out, getting frustrated and constantly battling injuries he decided enough was enough and now lives in a sheep field by the sea in Wales. Still coaching and creating awesome humans, he tells his story and shares his wisdom.

unedited way so if it is like that I will apologize but it's what makes

0:29.3

amazing guest yeah let's intro that guest. So today's guest is someone who's worked in

0:37.3

professional sport. He's done the big macho thing and probably in a lot of people's eyes does a very unmatcho thing or that is the

0:47.4

stereotypes that we live in in the world of today but we will get into that. Welcome to the show from his brand that is The Strength Temple,

1:34.4

and a gardener. But it wouldn't be Wales without sheep, right? But I just wasn't expecting to cruise past and

1:41.6

just be so vocal. It's not the case normally.

1:43.9

A few rabbits cruise about, but that's, I haven't seen the sheep in a while.

1:47.0
