often enough because repetition is what leads us to mastery. I think we all know so much that we want to put into practice, but we never do, right?

We know the personal development things that we want to be doing, but you can know something but not know it, right? We want to talk today about how to really know and do. And that comes from repetition. And the good news here is if you're willing to be consistent, if you're willing to do the little things over and over, the ordinary things with extraordinary consistency, you will be exceedingly successful.
