Summary
Episode 44! The wonderful Beck Medina joins Eugene and Ryan in The Weight Room. She is a comedian, novelist (A Fantastic Mess Of Everything) and personal trainer! After The 'Bells make some obvious "Funky Cold Medina " jokes, she and Eugene tell Stanger about the "Funny and Fit" group exercise class Eugene started and Beck now teaches. Then, she tells them her story, how she almost became a lawyer before realizing how much she loved fitness. Beck also describes how important meditation and self-help practices have been in her success with exercise and otherwise. Last, the group helps a listener find the right reasons to eat healthy and exercise.
