A lot of people experience allergies at some point in their life, whether it be from pollen, from seasonal allergies, food allergies or sensitivities.

Now, allergies don't just mean you have something so bad that you need to rush to the hospital like anaphylactic shock.

You can actually have a food sensitivity, so there's people who like eat peanuts and need to go to the hospital or need an epipen. But there's also allergies like you drink

milk and you get a sore throat or you eat eggs and you get an upset stomach. So that kind of food allergy can actually lead to down the road seasonal allergies.
