| 2:16.8 | through that and be able to convey to yourself that you are pulling up your courage and that you do have it. |
| 2:26.0 | Because again, courage is not the absence of despair, even though many of us get caught up in believing that with the stress, the fear, and the anxiety |

| 2:40.0 | It does become that overwhelming and discouraging, but we do have more courage than we think we do. |
