Oh, Loh how welcome back to the Anxiety Coaches Podcast.

0:28.0

And today I'm talking with someone that I have been working with a little bit.

0:33.6

And so Jane is a little bit further along

0:37.1

in her process of moving her anxiety out.

0:42.2

And so welcome to the show, Jane. I'm so thrilled that you would take time out of

0:47.2

your busy schedule to not only be with me, but to share with all of the listeners how you're doing where your

0:55.2

journey is at and and get some coaching on what's going on with you right now so

0:59.9

how are you? Well as as you know, Gina, I've been doing really well and just in the past couple of days going

1:47.2

hard to remind myself that it's not that far away to get back there and certainly welcoming some coaching on that.

2:07.1

started recording moving the metaphor from a bump in the road to being hit by a

2:11.6

wave in the ocean. And I would like you to tell the

2:15.0

listeners what you told me about what do we do when we're thrown under by a

2:19.1

wave in the ocean. Right, so I grew up on the East Coast and did a lot of, you know, body serving and boogie boarding and all that with my family growing up and, you know, you can get, be having a great time and then you get hit by a big wave and it pushes you

2:35.1

under and for some people that's really scary but really all you need to do is

2:39.5

just relax your body go limp you, you know, hold your breath, ride it out and you come back to the surface in no time.

2:48.0

Yeah, yeah, and most people wouldn't do that like the first time it happens, right?
