Summary

Meditation using an affirmation for Peace. Repeating an affirmation before you go into the stillness of meditation is a powerful way to shift away from negative thoughts. This is Part 2 of a 7-Part Meditation Series on Healing From Loss, Episodes 436-432. Every single episode will offer you a different meditation technique to heal from loss, and to send compassion to others. As always, you don't have to do the meditation technique -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation.
