Summary
Meditation the Dalai Lama does every day. The Tonglen Breath is a way to take on the pain of others as your own, and to send compassion to those in need. This is the first episode as we launch into a brand new meditation theme, Healing From Loss. Every single episode will offer you a different meditation technique to heal from loss, and to send compassion to others. As always, you don't have to do the meditation technique -- they are simply there to help you transition from your busy day to a state of stillness. The techniques also help to calm "monkey mind," when your thoughts continuously interrupt your meditation. This is Part 1 of a 7-Part Meditation Series on Healing From Loss, Episodes 436-442.
