First up, Paul answers the question, what does the Bible say about sex and pleasure?

Well, the one thing you can say about the Bible is the Bible is not sex negative. The Bible recognizes human sexuality as a gift of God.

And the Bible is not against pleasure.

God has created for us a pleasurable world.

And he's given us all kinds of pleasure gates so we can take in those pleasures,

our eyes and our ears and our nose and our hands and our ability to smell.

And those pleasures are not wrong.

In fact, enjoying the pleasures of God's world is actually God's glorifying because those pleasures

are created to be a finger that points us to a God who loves us enough to bless us with these

pleasurable things. But here's what you need to understand. Pleasure requires boundaries.

You can't have boundaryless pleasure.

For example, chocolate cake is pleasurable.

But you better enjoy that pleasure with boundaries.

You better not try to consume an entire chocolate cake every day of your life.

Or you will be ridiculously obese and you will die young.
