You know, I just want to say to parents out there, Act 17 says that God

determines the exact place where we will live and the exact length of our days.

That means the children that are in your home under your care are there by divine appointment.

And think about this.

What could be more important in all of life than to be God's tool for the forming of a human

soul?

I mean, it just doesn't get any bigger than that.

And I think we, in the press and business of everyday life and laundry and lunches to make

and all that stuff that goes on, we forget the majesty of God saying,

I'm going to place Johnny in this home. and I'm going to put him under the care of

these two people and they're going to be my tool of developing this child.

I mean that's mind-boggling when you think about it but that's exactly what's going

on and I want to say if that sort of makes you afraid as a parent, that God never sends us

anywhere without going with us. And he never calls us to a task without empowering us to do

what he's called us to do. Every command of your Lord is accompanied by his grace. But I love how

you talked about growing up, and I just think it's a great time
