And this one honestly is just so fire, and I just, it really motivates me and, you know, kind of makes me think a lot of you awesome people who, you maybe will say I'm going to do it you know next week or then month after you know I know know we are kind of in that ballpark of like just over two months until the new years and a lot of people are starting to think about that um so once again when you actually do think about it like the time's going to pass by no matter what whether you go to the gym or you don't go to the gym whether you take care of your nutrition or or you don't take care of it it's going to pass by so like we may as well just start focusing on our health and start to you know put in put in the work right to get you to where you want to be to just become a fit fitter healther and happier person right so you know it was really cool especially because within our coaching journey and just how many amazing people we work with, like one of the most common things people actually say about signing up and just starting to take great actions towards their just overall health is I wish my only regret is that I didn't do it sooner. And I think that's so important to realize, like, you will never regret starting now, whether,

you know, you're doing some healthy things, but you haven't signed up for a gym or whether you're like, you know, you eat a little bit healthy, but you're not like, you know, tracking your calories or just like, you know, eating fully healthy. Like, you will never regret it. And the biggest thing and the biggest regret that a lot of people have once again is just not taking that leap sooner because you will thank yourself later.
