muscles feel loose. You know, have you ever been really sore? You got out to the gym and all of a sudden you feel good. Or really tired. You go out on a walk and you feel better. So one thing I like to do that I find really helps with this and will actually provide you more energy is having a consistent workout schedule. If you just go whenever you feel like it, A, you're never going to go,

A, you're never going to go, B, you're going to go and not feel your best. For instance, I did some poor planning yesterday. I did like a spa day for the whole morning. I was there from like nine to two in and out of saunas, cold waters, all these different things. And I'm like, I guess I need to go to the gym now. I know I do bad going to the gym in the afternoon. I just couldn't get into it.

I was going through the motions. And it really made me realize, man, this is hard. Like I'm cheating and I have it easy by just going the same time every day. And I know a lot of people say, well, my schedule changes that's hard. but you need to create some kind of schedule and really understand when you do the best,

whether it be the morning, whether it night if you really struggle when there's a lot of people in the gym the more you can make it easier for yourself to consistently get in that exercise however many days a week for me it's five the better you'll feel and i find too like when i'm over energized and i haven't done feel worse. Like it's weird. It's like I'm charged up with no outlet for this energy. But when I have that consistent time in the gym, I get the endorphins. I feel good. It relaxes my body. It allows me to have more focus for my work. And just the same, walking very often, especially at a low pace, will actually net you more energy than you'll use which is crazy and the reason for this not in the sense of calories but in the sense of how you feel
