interview. I think it was a great interview. You'll know, you'll listen to it shortly, with a guy

called Jamie Cato. Now, Jamie Cato is an amazing chap. He's an author, wrote a book called Insanely Gifted.

He's a musician. He was in the band faithless he's a filmmaker he made an amazing film called one giant leap where he went around the world

with his mate duncan and they interviewed lots of wise people and recorded loads of musicians

all playing into kind of one track and creating

one big song.

It's a great film.

It's got Michael Stipe and Bono in it, but those, that's reductive.

They're just the two most famous people.

There's loads of great people in it.

Ram Dass is in it.

And he made the film, directed the film, Becoming Nobody, the Ram Dass movie, which I've banged on about in the past.

If you haven't seen it yet, just, I'd say stop this now and go and watch it, but, you know, we all know that's not going to happen.

But at some point, if you haven't watched it,

just go and watch it. It's a great film. It's part biography, interview with him, and Jamie directed

the film and interviews around us throughout the film. Uh, it's a brilliant film. It's a really

charming film. Jamie turns out, it's a really charming chap. So that is it's a really charming chap so that is what we've

got for you today uh before that uh normal minutes from the local government meeting that no one's

attending uh one note to self is i say the flip of a lot in this interview so each interview i realize

another verbal tick i get the joe the

producer to take out endless ums i um a lot you there's a lot of them still left in um like that one
