Hello, Namaste. I hope you're all well. Welcome to part two of my interview with Rupert Spira.

Now I am very fortunate this week to be recording this intro from a little balcony

in a little villa in Lanzarotti. So it will sound a bit different. You could probably hear the

cars going by. We're by a road. We're also by the sea. It's very beautiful. I'm very lucky.

I would say this is the first intro or the

first podcast that i've recorded topless but that's probably not probably not true anyway

hello everybody uh before we got on to rupert's second part which i think if anything is

even more in licensing than the first it It's a great chat. I'll get into that

in a bit. But before that, there's a little bit of housekeeping. I feel a bit like I'm running a small

town council meeting doing the minutes where no one else has turned up, but actually, you know, I have to do the minutes because that's part of the meeting.

So here's the minutes for this week's meeting.

Any fans of my historic dribbling will be pleased to know that I had a little reprise of that on the plane flight.

I was wearing a mask as you do on planes and decided to meditate.

Had a lovely experience and then realized I started dribbling during it,

which left a lovely big kind of dribble stain on my mask that I couldn't remove.

So don't worry, I'm still embarrassing myself in public.
