hard to focus on the work that's in front of you, especially when it's something you don't want to do.

Unfortunately, even a quicker distraction can derail your productivity. So like I mentioned yesterday,

even just the slightest little bit of a distraction can completely derail you and completely

demoralize and make it unable to be a job that gets done.
