Hey guys, welcome to episode number 427 of the Industrial Strength Show.

I am actually performing some game time adjustments as we speak.

I'm putting this show together as I am recording the show because we had some last minute changes here on the Industrial Strength Show this week.

I actually had a scheduled guest.

I was going to have Jason Brown on the show today.

By the way, if you're not following Jason on Instagram, I highly recommend you do.

He is at Jason Brown Coaching on IG, puts out some awesome content.

Very in line with my style of training, you know, my philosophy of training with his own spin on things, obviously.

But I think you guys would really enjoy his content.

I'm really looking forward to speaking with him.

I was all fired up to talk to him today.

Unfortunately, last minute, he had to reschedule.

He had some family things come up, which I totally understand.

I've been there, done that myself.

So, you know, no problem with that.

We'll have him on next week.

I was then just kind of calling a little bit of an audible and figured I'd pull up some of your questions to answer this week.

And of course, right as I'm going through my emails and my DMs to round up some topics to talk about,

I get a text from Orlando telling me he had some last minute traveling plans that are taking place.

And he has to hop on a flight rather soon.

So it was like, if you could get me the show pretty quickly, otherwise I'm not going to be able to get it up for you, maybe until Friday.

So now I'm just kind of figured out, let me hop on and start recording the intro while I'm looking through my phone to find some questions to answer.
