struggling with binge eating we have this compulsion to eat certain foods and

Hi, thanks for having me. So my name is Maria. I am a nutritionist and a behavior specialist who helps people overcome an unhealthy relationship with food.

So I focus on not so much telling people what to eat but basically

helping them sort out why they're eating the things that they are eating and how
