| 1:00.9 | a lot of people were in the same situation that I found myself in and |
| 1:05.2 | it was something that I struggled with and I was actually at Wellfest at the weekend and I was |
| 1:10.6 | on their local radio station in Dublin and the lady asked me she was like |
| 1:15.9 | what is the one big mindset shift that you really struggled with and actually the first |
| 1:20.8 | thing that came to mind was me going from an obese man to a slim man and then |
| 1:26.6 | retraining my brain and habits, belief systems, level of education, to enable me to eat more, to fuel myself, to then |
| 1:37.6 | just maintain myself in a healthy position, a healthy weight, and also to then gain muscle and become more athletic. |
