The meditations I'm sharing this week are going to be a little bit shorter and that's

because I live in the Northern Hem hemisphere, I live in Florida,

and right now it's summer. Now, if you live in the southern hemisphere, you're in the winter.

So for you, I encourage you to go into deeper, longer meditations, because this is your more introspective time.

But if you are in the northern hemisphere in it summer, there is more expansive energy around you.

And so you're less likely to want to be completely engaged in being

introspective as you are when you meditate. Now, for sure, keep meditating. You don't want to
