Summary

I've been struggling of recent to get out of bed, I wasn't sure why until I had a conversation with my brother that made a lot of things fall into place. Seeing as it was mental health awareness week I thought it was prudent I fired up the mic and got personal and explained the issues I've been having, and it all boiled down to WHY. Why do I do what I do, what is my purpose, what and who is Ben Coomber, a deep question to ask, but the most important question to ask...

I promise to fire up a part 2 very soon. I know lots will be asking for one.
