another day. Work-wise, I actually worked about triple time. I mean, I was up with the sun

this morning at the crack acid dawn. I was up and out, you know, heading to Connecticut. I trained

triple H, I had to get to work earlier today. So I trained him, then I trained Steph,

then I trained one of their daughters. We did a speed session. So I did triple sessions over there,

then drove home, got stuck in traffic. There was a bad accident. So it took me like two hours to get
