Welcome to Motivation Monday, where every Monday we answer all of your questions and have some real talks about life & fitness & get you fired up for the week! In this episode we talk about creating a calorie deficit, when you should workout for optimal results & deal with people around you that are judgemental.

minutes from me there's like probably like a hundred miles of free groomed trails like really nice

trails and it's amazing too how like i can just neglect the amazing you know just ability to go use that and

even being at beaches and like you know there's just so much beauty especially in nature right like

it was so cool when I was kind of getting to the trails and like the hills you go through this big
