work, and today's guest is a similar guest kind of straddling those two pathways and I think we need more of that.

I think we need more conversations between people in medicine and more people in health.

Because I remember when I was a personal trainer when I was younger it was always like

oh doctors are evil because they don't do anything with nutrition it's like

personal trainers are amazing and actually there's there's friction on both sides and we need to come together a lot more and have a lot better
