2:14.3 | with my family and my close friends and then I've kind of taken it to the next level of reconnecting with that like next outer layer of friends reconnecting with some of the personal work that I do and just reconnecting on a level of not avoiding things that usually bring me joy anymore just kind of reconnecting with those little things in life that make me happy whether it's a certain person that I like to talk to but maybe haven't reached out to in a while and activity that I haven't done in a while just reconnecting to those things that bring me joy. |
