Summary
I made a huge parenting mistake recently that sent me into a tailspin of guilt and regret. I felt like I had let my daughter down in a significant and irreversible way… but showing up from a place of regret and guilt over a mistake doesn’t have me showing up as my best self. I knew I deserved forgiveness, and my child deserved a mom who showed up from strength and love.
In today’s episode I walk you through what happened, and how I was able to overcome the shame spiral by choosing a better thought.
BUT, this episode isn’t just for parents. Its for anyone who has ever made a mistake, or done something they regret, or finds themselves arguing with reality and wishing they could change the past… because while I am talking specifically about how I let my daughter down, I’m also talking about how you can offer yourself forgiveness and love WHEN mistakes happen.
I’d love to hear something you’re going to work to forgive yourself for, so you can set yourself free.
See you inside💥
