but basically when you are trying to change your life, when you're approaching a goal,

when you're trying to do something, whatever that thing might be, the way you think about it and the way you

approach it are massively important because your thoughts

drive your actions and your actions drive your results, which we've talked about a lot on this

podcast. But where I've found on this show

show and many other sources kind of fails

is in having an actual discussion about what our mindset is,

so that you, the listener, can fully understand

what your mindset is and start to recognize

the role it plays in your own life.
