1:09.0	inspire you to take a step back and say whoa maybe I've been going about this
1:14.3	thing all wrong maybe I've been going about this backwards maybe we've all been
1:18.8	going about the things we want in life backwards right the big things we say we
1:23.7	want happiness in life we say we want inner peace we want love we want success
1:28.5	we want fulfillment great it's always good of course to have a goal in mind but
1:33.2	when it comes to the big things we want in life maybe we've been going about
1:37.6	the process as backwards and the reason I say this is because the other day I was
1:43.4	reminded of a quote I absolutely love unsure who originally wrote it it's one
1:48.7	of those quotes that's been shared and reshared so many times it's tough to tell
1:51.9	but it's so powerful the quote says it is not happiness that brings us
1:57.1	gratitude it is gratitude that brings us happiness and I think that's so good
2:01.9	it's so powerful it stopped me in the tracks the other day when I heard it again
