All right welcome to episode 414. Hello my friend welcome to a fresh new episode

of new mindset who this as always thank you so much for listening thank you

so much for supporting me and today I've got a really good episode. It's

topic that at a glance I'm like what am I doing here and my lost did I did I

take a wrong turn. No I am here to talk about feminine energy feminine energy

well and masculine energy I want to talk about these things I want to talk about

these terms that are thrown around a lot and I want to help us make sense of

them specifically I want us to find a balance between these two things these

two energies because that in my opinion is where the magic is the magic in life

and all things really is in balance in life right a balance between

gratitude and hunger a balance between standards and a willingness to try a

balance between going fast and patience and you know I think about where we're

at in life in this day and age in the year 2022 with everything going on in the

world in politics in current events in dating in our social lives and I think of

reset when it comes to these concepts of energies and identities is very much

needed because without it without some kind of reset without finding some

semblance of balance we're left with things like toxic masculinity attachment
