Now the alter ego effect is actually a book, which is written by a performance coach named

Todd Herman. I'm not sure if he came up with the

concept or if he just popularized it, but I'm going to give him credit because I am basing a lot

of what I'm saying on the book that I read. That's how I came about it. It is a great book called

The Alter Ego Effect. Definitely go read it. And I read this book. I actually listened to the audio book

ages ago. And recently I bought the book and now I've been reading the physical book. I find that

sometimes I'll listen to an audio book and it will really like, you know, wake up certain areas

of my mind and my brain and then I'll revisit that book

in the physical and I rediscover things in that book that I didn't in the audio. So I kind of,

or vice versa. I sometimes like to do both, which is great for the fucking author because I'm
