on the first day of the Labour conference, where our guest was Rosanna Alan Kahn. I warn you now,

it's a bit of a smutathon. Sorry. Also, the recording misses the first couple of minutes, so Jackie and I start

by talking about her favourite subject, Labour. I mean, there's a surprise.

We've had Angela Rainer talking about social housing yesterday, quite big changes to the way in which we're going to put housing on the agenda.

Something that hasn't always been at Labour conferences actually previously. He talked about, well, it was actually grilled quite hard on housing by Victoria Derbyshire. And, but again, it was, yes, we're going to build

more. I'm not going to set arbitrary targets, but oh, well, let's set one, 300,000. And it just

wasn't convincing. I'm not expecting you to be, we haven't sealed the deal with you yet,

Ian Dale, have we? You have said you are not

sure you're going to vote Tory, but you're sort of teasing everybody at the moment about where you're

going to be bestowing your cross when it comes to the next general election. But I mean, I don't, you are the key demographic for Kirstama, to be perfectly honest with you.

What is?

Well, we need to get, we need to get Tories to vote Labour.

I've never been shy about that.

We need to get some of the people that we talked about this week on the podcast,

who I was talking to in Tamworth last week at the by-election,

who I agree with you, have decided that this government is broken

and so is the country and they want something else,

but they haven't quite made the jump across yet.

But I don't think we're going to do that through lots of sort of extravagant promises.

And if Kistama suddenly started being all sort of flash, nobody would believe it was him, would they?
