0:00.0	Hello, welcome back to the pod. This is Lindsay. This is another CEO mama episode and this is one of the very first interviews I did on Mother Loed with my friend Jackie Karr and if you've never met Jackie or followed any of her work I highly encourage you go do that
0:14.8	Jackie is a goal coach she is a mama she has a wide breadth of experience and she is just one of my best
0:22.4	friends she's an amazing human and and she is just one of my best friends.

0:24.2	And Jackie and I met years ago,
0:26.0	before we were both moms, we met in Denver,
0:28.2	and became friends, did a lot of events together,
0:33.0	and then became mothers around the same time,
0:35.5	and really navigated motherhood together,
0:38.0	especially through the pandemic,
0:39.3	which we talk about in this episode.
0:40.9	This was recorded in the summer of 2022. So a couple years ago now,
0:46.4	so you'll hear some references to the pandemic and stuff that you know we're now
0:50.0	further out from, but one of the main main things we cover in this episode is
0:55.1	this feeling of chaos and relabeling chaos as something that's not necessarily
1:00.7	bad but is just part of nature.
1:03.6	You know, nature is inherently chaotic and chaos just means unpredictable,
1:07.4	uncontrollable, right?
1:09.2	And Jackie and I talk a lot as friends, talked a lot as friends before we recorded this episode
1:13.9	about how chaotic it felt during the pandemic
1:17.2	and in the early days of motherhood,
1:18.8	regardless of pandemic, to be trying to do all of the things without being able to predict or control what was happening in the environment around us.
