Yeah, take your stations over here. My name is prop Italiano and this is my Casamiga's community college cooking class.

So thanks for being here. This cooking class is an hour long. Not a lot of time to go over everything, but we're going to go

over something simple, gin and tonic chicken. We're going to give you an overview of the mother

sauces and the basics of cooking. And then we will finish by baking a pie with fillings you guys

either brought from home or we got some stuff in the fridge

we can take from here too. So we got a lot of cover. So I'm going to go ahead and do a roll call.

Once I call your name, say present and then I'll ask you guys some stuff about, you know,

your favorite foods are what you're hoping to get out of the class. So let me see.
