Summary
In 1949, a man driving along the Pan American Highway en route to Lima, Peru, caught sight of a large, glinting object hovering over the desert floor. Though he could have little expected it, this chance encounter would send him careening into the world of high strangeness and make him the focus of one of the most bizarre cases in the whole of ufology.
