Oh my god, I don't have to be on a roller coaster anymore. That's amazing. I control how I perceive things. I don't have to have anxiety anymore, I control that. Thoughts on Breathing That's a good one. Breathing is something that I need to be better at quite honestly. It's something that I'm consciously getting better at. I practice hot yoga and that's a great place for me to remember to breathe. I also am a big proponent of what I call 'power mottos'. Some mottos that give you power in a moment, especially when you're feeling weak or powerless. I combine those with deep breaths. Fifteen or twenty seconds of doing that and you're going to feel like a new human. It is such a powerful tool.
