1:02.2	It's just something I heard the other day that made me appreciate a certain
1:05.8	aspect of being alive of being human of having a mind, a mind that thinks and
1:13.6	makes each one of us unique.
1:16.1	It's funny how life sometimes serves up what you need to hear to remind you of
1:21.3	certain facts that we have forgotten.
1:23.8	It's like I always say we know the truth about ourselves, we know what makes us
1:27.8	great, we know what we deserve, we get spots something that isn't right for us.
1:32.8	We give great advice to friends but life is life, we're quick to forget it, we're
1:37.3	quick to not take our own advice.
1:39.4	But the reality is we have those facts inside of us in our intuition, in our minds and
1:45.2	sometimes all it takes to come back to that place of truth as a simple observation.
