What's going on guys and welcome back to another episode of the Bear Performance Podcast.

I'm your host Nick Bear, CEO of Bear Performance Nutrition coming at you with another episode.

Now I want to kick this one off with a little story that actually happened this morning.

Today is a double day for me.

But right now on my marathon prep, my marathon training, I have one to two double days a week,

which means I run twice.

And today is a double.

Today is actually technically supposed to be a day off.

However, because of tomorrow's schedule being pretty hectic and not much time to train,

I moved tomorrow's workout to today.

So I have seven miles in the morning and I have four miles in the evening.

Two runs with the intent of running on heavy legs, getting prepared and acclimated to running

on heavy, tired and fatigue legs.

That's the intent of a double day is and get just more miles in.

So that out of the way today was a double this morning I had seven miles.

And I'm on this seven mile run here in Central Texas, about 25 minutes north of the beautiful

and amazing city of Austin.

And I'm running on this trail along the San Gabriel River.

It's an amazing route that I found months ago.

I lived in this house with my fiancee staff for about a year and a half now and I didn't

know this route existed for the longest time.
