So let's start with the first one the first one is for someone who just started running

what would be your top three tips.

Okay tip number one and these are all things that I messed up personally right number one

take it slower.

So what happens when a lot of people start running is they go way too hard so they're like

okay I have to run two miles or I have to run 20 minutes.

I'm going to run that as hard as possible which is the wrong thing to do.

To slow it down I work on my zone to heart rate training build your aerobic base and

then start incorporating more in 10 sessions in.
