Summary

Last summer, I surveyed over 2,174 adults with ADHD about their relationships, and the results stopped me in my tracks.

In this episode, I’m sharing the themes, patterns, and painful truths that emerged from those responses, and how they confirmed so many things I’ve observed over the last seven years coaching adults with ADHD.

We talk about relational wounding, rejection, criticism, emotional misunderstanding, and what happens when you grow up feeling like “too much,” “not enough,” or chronically misunderstood. We also explore how those early experiences can shape the way we show up in our adult relationships today.

This is a heavier conversation, but it’s also an important one. My hope is that you walk away feeling seen, understood, and a little less alone.
