And I guess the idea for this podcast has come from where Sarah and I are both at right now,

year so that that thought of your, you know, the energy of New Year's resolutions is long gone and there's still quite a long time to go.

I think I talk to a lot of people now and they're sort of anchoring themselves to a summer

holiday. I feel like it's like the summer holiday is in sight and they just need a bit of a boost
