Hello, welcome back to the show. This is Lindsay. Coming at you today with a very near and dear to my heart topic slash conversation that features a little bit of the backstory of how I got to being where I am sitting

you know we're nervous nobody's gonna listen all of the reasons and all of those are reasons that I

And you know, I do think that there is something to say for not just starting something like a podcast,

if you don't have the desire or the intention to be really consistent with it.
