I think I'm a person who very often is like putting myself in the other person's shoes.

And so I think about what it would be like to be an actor and have a camera facing you

and doing things over and over and how it would want to be talked to or any creative person.

I would want to be given real freedom and permission to play and I would want my creativity

to be encouraged.

So I think that's a lot of it.

I really, I really try to create a space that feels safe and nurturing, you know, where people

can screw up.

Like I actually think that's really important.

Like there's very often.

I mean, I'm constantly like, let's try a crazy one.

Let's do it, you know?

And I say, like let's color outside the line and some of our ideas will be terrible.

And that's okay.

Because I feel like you have to reach for that to find something new and special.

You have to be willing to like take that shot.
