Now, everybody here that is listening has a little deal with anxiety stress all that good kind of stuff and so I wondered if you had a personal story around that before we got into all the wonderful stuff you do professionally for, or I know your whole life is around meditation, but personal story around anxiety at all?

Yeah, well, I usually call it fear when I'm telling the story, you know.

And I say, as it's true, that I feel like I learned a lot about my own patterns of fear just by sitting and being with it, which of course is a very hard thing to do, but it's almost at the heart of the meditative process, you know, be able to sit with and look into whatever you're experiencing.
